The Volunteer Program at the French Lick Scenic Railway, you instantly become a member of our esteemed crew that is dedicated to preserving and interpreting railroad history for our visitors.  Volunteers help the Railroad in many ways ranging from administrative functions to rail care hosts, from restoration work to rail operations.

The Railroad is currently recruiting volunteers to assist in staffing ticket windows, provide administrative support, serve as restoration crew, and as train crew.  Volunteers interact with a wide range of visitors encompassing all ages and backgrounds.

Volunteer assistance is needed on a daily basis during operating hours. An extensive training program is required in order to serve as a member of the rail operation staff.  For more information on becoming a volunteer, or with help filling out the application, please call Teresa at 1-800-74-TRAIN or you may send an e-mail to info@frenchlicrr.org
