Depot & Gift Shop Open
The Depot and gift shop are open two hours prior to the train departure on scheduled operating days.
Grounds Open
You are welcome to walk around the exterior of the depot and rail yard at any time. BE AWARE! This is an active rail line and trains can be moving at any time

**** First Class and Dome Seating is at tables. All tables are 4 seat tables. Should you purchase less than the full table, you may find that you have the opportunity to make a new friend while on your trip. This is a time-honored passenger rail practice. So should you wish to have the table exclusively to your party, you will need to purchase all of the seats at the table.

A variety of discounts are available. These include AAA, Military, Senior Citizens, French Lick Hotel, West Baden Hotel, the French Lick Villas and the Valley of the Springs/Big Splash Adventure. All discounts are $1.00 per person off regular admission, and cannot be combined with any other offer. Discounts are not available for special events.

When you visit the French Lick Scenic Railway, you will ride aboard historic pieces of rail equipment on a 1 & 3/4 hour*, 18 mile round trip. While on your journey, the train will pass through portions of the Hoosier National Forest, the 2200 foot Burton Tunnel, and past impressive limestone rock cuts.
Aside from enjoying our daily train rides, throughout the year, the French Lick Scenic Railway holds special events that are fun for the whole family! Enjoy our Western Hold-ups, where a band of old time outlaws hold up the train and give a performance that will leave you cheering, YeeeeHaw!
